Ralph Izzo, president, CEO and chairman of the New Jersey utility PSEG, called for action on climate change legislation that includes a renewable portfolio standard (RPS) this week at a “Climate Week NYC” kickoff event in Manhattan. Speaking before an audience of business leaders and institutional investors, Izzo highlighted the need for public policies that would give businesses the economic foundation and certainty they need to invest in a clean energy future.
