is the world ready for biodiesel as partial replacement for the diesel fuel used in our vehicles?

vegetable and animal oils are fast being turned into biodiesel in the US, Europe and Asia. This is more expensive and will compete with edible oils intended for food application. Biodiesel long term use is not that well studied anyway. It can even damage engines for its short term benefits.

biodiesel may be cleaner and more affordable but it doesn’t last. like gasoline it needs to be replaced. just think if the world converted the price on corn would skyrocket. I’ve invented a vehicle that runs on sand! unbelievable but true.
