Manufaturers will put out a conversion kit for older cars if it hits the point where you can actually get E86 ethenol (i think its E86 not 85 not sure though). A standard engine cant run on it. It needs its ECU flashed and programed seen as it needs differnt compression/air to fuel ratios to run properly.
To user below: Gas lines remain the same as well as the fuel pump. The orings in the injectors arent an issue as much as teh size of teh actual injectors may need to be changed.
check the fuel system. you have to change some gas line connections, injector o’rings that kind of stuff. it can get expensive if you have to change the fuel pump.
