I accidentally put 6 gallons of e85 fuel into my 2000 Toyota 4Runner. Should I be worried?

On an empty tank, I started filling up with e85. I then realized my mistake and stopped the filling. I then filled up the rest of my tank with normal gasoline. That tank has since been used up and no apparent problems have surfaced. Is there anything I should do? (other than not using e85 again :)

Are you talking about low octane (85?) It will not hurt your car. Even jap junk

The website says that you did the right thing by diluting it with regular unleaded gasoline and that there should be no permanent damage.

No problem it should run better and it will help clean the engine.A lot of people use a mix of around 30% e85 with gas.
but if you get a converter kit you can run all e85

you wont have a problem. in fact you might want to check the owners manual, or the dealer if you dont have the manual, and see if your truck was designed as a flex fuel vehicle. many vehicles since the mid 90’s have been set up as a flex fuel vehicles by the manufacturers.

I normally run some ethanol through my car every year as it will remove moisture from your fuel system, thus preventing freeze up.
