For my chemistry class I recieved a project and I have to make 10mL of Ethanol using Biochemical Synthesis. I need to find my own experiment but I cant seem to find one. Can somebody please help me?

   To make ethanol, add yeast to sugar and water in a sealed plastic bag. You should design your own experimental procedure (that’s the point of the assignment.)
