You can use either. It is a flex fuel vehicle. The engine computer automatically senses which type of fuel you have in the tank and makes the appropriate engine timing changes and fuel injection changes to make it run as usual.

If it is setup for E-85, you can use either one or a mixture of the two…
Your owners manual will most likely have a list of things to do in order to switch over. My vehicle says to switch to E85 when we get to half a tank, and to not switch back and forth between the two.
Also, you may want to think about it before you switch. E85 is cheaper, but it isn’t as efficient as gasoline is. In other words you will get less MPG when using E85 than you would suing regular unleaded gas.
