Can you run a gasoline vehicle on E85?

I’ve been seeing alot of fueling stations that are now serving E85 and I was just wondering if someone could tell me if you have to have a particular setup to be able to run your vehicle on E85, or if you can just fuel up a gas vehicle with E85 and go?

No, although some cars can run on both E85 and gas but if the car doesn’t say e85 ethanol or flex fuel in big shiny letters
    I woudn’t dare.

a lot of them will have a list of cars and trucks that can rn on the E85 fuel. if your car is older than 2000, more then not it will not be on the list. the list is based on what motor you have,

You can actually use E85 in a non-flex vehicle. Without a flex fuel kit installed you can use roughly 40% E85 to 60% Gasoline without any problems with drivability. Anything above you would need a conversion kit. Contrary to what Big Oil wants you to believe Ethanol is just as corrosive as gasoline which is why additives are added. Your parts can handle E85 without problems. I have been doing conversion for a few years and the response is these kits work great. There is a lot more info on my website.
