Can my regular 2005 Honda Civic take 10 percent Ethanol gasoline without problem?

The Gas City in the town where I work has an option on the pump now for gasoline with 10 percent ethanol. It’s way cheaper than the regular gasoline. My question is, can I use it? Will it damage my car? Do I need to make some adjustments or improvements to my car in order to have it take this sort of fuel?

If it doesn’t ping, use the least expensive fuel you can obtain.

yes. All cars are now (and have been) E10 safe. My 94 Civic runs on E10. All gasoline in NYC is E10.

    Good Luck…
