I have a 2004 Jetta and a 2004 golf and want to know whether it is possible to buy some type of adapter for my car to be able to run off of E85 (flex fuel) gas?

Yes you can. There are plenty of places to get E85 conversion kits. This one is considered one of the better places.

bayushi….do u understand the facts about e-85? the real facts are it takes more e85 to go a mile than it does regular gas…e85 burns hotter than gas so your engine needs more fuel so it doesn’t get to lean an damage engine parts……..e85 or pills or devises that turn water into gas……its all hype….don’t fool around wasting money on this stuff…until theres a true e85 engine built somewhere that only runs on e corn and beats a well tuned gas engine FORGET IT!..if your looking to increase mpg of your car ,make sure the tune up is good and replace the thermostat…the water temp has everything to do with how much fuel u burn…..any ? e-mail me
