Can a Honda CBR600RR engine run off E85 Ethanol fuel? Building project. Help needed?

not very smart algebra dude. asked:

I am asking because I’m doing a school project/contest. This project will involve a complete industrial process of designing and producing a motorcycle. I will base/pull parts off a CBR600RR and I think I can create a greater effect if i say that it is green.

Additionally, I’m left with the problem of designing the frame of the bike. I do not wish to use a factory frame because that will take away from the design portion of the project. How do I design a frame for an engine that I do not yet have? Anyone know basic dimensions of a CBR600RR engine? As of right now, I plan on using aluminum 6061 reinforced with . Any ideas? And anyone know where to get aluminum 6061?

If anyone has any program that will help me in this process, it will be greatly appreciated. So far, I have programs to calculate engine balance, steering geometry, etc. For the design portion I will be using AutoCAD/Inverter.

Lastly, please no negative comments on how impractical/dangerous/expensive this will be. I realize the complexity and danger of this project. Positive, constructive, instructive comments will be greatly appreciated.
