“Clean diesel”(lower sulpher content) is what these cars are supposed to run on.Europe has had it for some time.The cars here in the US will run better with the clean diesel.You will not have to make any modifications to burn this fuel.You will be able to modify these engines to get improved economy,and more horsepower once the clean fuel is in place,if you wish.Biodiesel is a blend of petrol based diesel and organic fuel oil.I feel you are asking about two seperate

Haven’t heard of that yet, but it’s possible. A friend runs his VW Golf on recycled oil from various restaurants. He bought a modification kit from JC Whitney’s (I think) and has not had any problems with the exception of keeping the car warm in the winter (no garage). It takes longer to get the vehicle running. Aside from the car smelling like fried food all the time, he gets great mileage for next to nothing! They may have to do some modifications to their vehicles as well to get them to run on the modified fuels.
